BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A worker at a foot spa in Bergen County has been charged with a sex crime against a client, prosecutors said.

Aiding Yang, 56, of Fair Lawn was charged with criminal sexual contact, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.

Prosecutors said that on Saturday, the Oradell Police Department, in conjunction with the River Edge Police Department, contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding an alleged sexual assault that took place at the River Edge Foot Spa in River Edge that day.

An investigation determined that Yang committed an act of criminal sexual contact against an adult woman while performing a massage at the spa, prosecutors said.

Yang was arrested in River Edge and charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

He was taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, prosecutors said.
