FAIR LAWN, NJ — Masks are now mandatory within Fair Lawn municipal buildings as the Omicron variant continues to spread in New Jersey.
Officials announced the updated protocols on Monday, stating that "the Borough needs to take action to protect the health and safety of our employees and residents" as a way to deal with the increased presence of the variant.
Residents will need to mask up when entering any of the borough's municipal buildings, regardless of vaccination status, starting Tuesday morning.
