NY Man Had 254 Grams Of Marijuana: Fair Lawn PD
The charges stem from a traffic stop on Route 4, police said.
FAIR LAWN, NJ - A 42-year-old man from Mount Vernon, NY faces charges after Fair Lawn police say he was found with 254 grams of marijuana during a traffic stop
Around 1:50 p.m. on Thursday, Detective Sgt. Nicholas Snyder pulled over a car with a brake light out on Route 4 at Paramus Road, Sgt. Brian Metzler said.
John Bobbitt, a passenger, was arrested after police found 254.8 grams of marijuana in the car's trunk, Metzler said.

He was released after being charged with possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school, the sergeant said.
