Senior, Special Needs Housing Available In Saddle Brook

SADDLE BROOK, NJ — Thirty housing units at 29 Caldwell Ave. are available to qualified applicants.

Pre-applications are being accepted for 24 senior citizen and six special needs households.

Just 125 eligible and completed pre-applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served. All others will be declined.

In order to be eligible, at least one applicant must be 55 years old or older. Households must be just one or two people in size. The maximum annual income must be $37,350 for one person or $42,650 for two.
