High School Students Can Work Out For Free At Flemington Planet Fitness
As schools let out, high school teens ages 14 to 19 can work out for free all summer with Planet Fitness through Aug. 31.
FLEMINGTON, NJ — As schools let out for summer, high school students in the Flemington area can work out for free all summer at Planet Fitness through Aug. 31. The program is offered at all locations including at 39 Reaville Ave. in Flemington.
High School Summer Pass, formerly known as Teen Summer Challenge, was first introduced in 2019. Teens ages 14 to 19 can now register at PlanetFitness.com/SummerPass.
Students under the age of 18 must register with a parent or guardian. All students who sign up are automatically entered into a contest that will award one $500 scholarship per state and a grand prize of a $5,000 scholarship.

Students must work out at the location they sign up at and are not permitted to use other locations.
In addition to the free in-club fitness training, all High School Summer Pass participants will have access to 15 trainer-led workout videos and 10 downloadable workouts encompassing cardio, strength, toning and sports circuits specifically for high schoolers of all fitness levels.

Over a three-and-a-half-month period in 2019, Planet Fitness saw over 900,000 teens sign up and complete over 5.5 million workouts.
"As the leader in fitness, we believe we have a responsibility to provide a welcoming, safe, and judgment-free environment for high school students to improve their physical and mental wellness, particularly given the challenges they have and continue to face in the wake of the pandemic," said Chris Rondeau, chief executive officer at Planet Fitness.
