In most of the incidents, the vehicles were unlocked with the keys or key fobs inside, authorities said.

HUNTERDON COUNTY, NJ — Several vehicle thefts and burglaries were reported in Hunterdon County recently, authorities said.

Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael Williams said that most times, burglarized vehicles were unlocked with the keys and key fobs inside.

Other vehicles were left unlocked in driveways with garage door openers inside, Williams said, posing an "additional risk of a home burglary."
