What they are saying: Sooooo good! Been searching for a spot that can fill my craving for Ippudo and this did it! Had the Karakuchi Ramen (Spicy) and was so good. Gyoza was on point too. Only waited 15 min for a seat in the peak of lunch hour on a Sunday. Servers were fast. Very affordable great value for a delish bowl of ramen. Will definitely return here over and over again!

What they are saying: This is my favorite soba place in new jersey. There are plenty of appetizers and small dish options and delicious combinations suitable for everyone. I got the sashimi combination and the quality of the fish was excellent. You get three slices of salmon and tuna, a scallop, imitation crab, ikura, tamago, squid and shrimp. For the price of $17 for a sashimi bowl and big bowl of soba it is very fairly priced. I have also gotten takeout from here but beware that they do not allow soba for takeout, only udon noodles. The soba noodles are also made fresh here and are not the same as the grayish colored soba you buy in a store. These are more pale and a bit chewier.

What they are saying: Looking for soup dumplings? Look no further! This place hands down has the best soup dumplings I've had! And best of all it's in jersey! Yay!! There is usually a wait to get a table but the service is quick and it's worth the wait. Order the steamed crab meat & pork soup dumplings - they are just fantastic! Dumplings are always served hot!! Takes a lot of my patience to cool off the dumplings and not burn my mouth! I have yet to do that b/c the dumplings are just so good - I can't wait!! If you'd like to try something other than soup dumplings, my other go-to's are: pancake w. sliced beef and crispy noodle w. shredded pork.

What they are saying: I found this gem a little over 3 years ago and have been frequenting it ever since. The sushi is just as fresh and succulent as it was during my first visit. On busier nights the service can be a little slow but it's understandable because there is usually only one waitress on the floor. Try the deluxe sushi combo. The soup dumplings here are delicious and quite authentic. The menu is limited but all the food looks great. The waiter recommended the spicy noodles and yes, they were super spicy. It actually messed with my taste buds a bit. But that's exactly the kind of heat I was look for! It was definitely really good. The place is BYOB and we had to ask for water. However, the wait staff were all super friendly and let us sit there for a long time after chatting. There is parking in the back which is easy to miss. The location is small and not many tables.Also, remember, this is CASH ONLY. I wasn't aware of this - and thankfully I had cash on me!

What they are saying: Not sure what about this place that made me enjoy my meal so much, partially because I went here after my morning hike in Palisades park. The place is beautifully furnished with wood frame and matching tables. Rice came in a hot stone pot and there was crunchy rice left in the bottom of the pot. That crunchy and lightly burned rice happens to be my favorite and I have not had it for a very long time.I got kimchee & tofu soup and kalbi, both of them are just basic Korean dishes, but they taste amazingly delicious here. Will definitely come back here again!
