Originally located across from Carnegie Hall in NYC, Fontana was the restaurant that inspired Billy Joel to write Italian Restaurant. Now located on Fort Lee Road in Leonia, bring a bottle of white, a bottle of red, perhaps a bottle of rose instead because it's BYOB. Beautiful ambience, freshly prepared Italian specialties, this is a very popular neighborhood place. Just the type of neighborhood place where Brenda and Eddie were the popular steadies and the king and the queen of the prom.

2. Lisa’s Turkish Kitchen

BYOB with Belly Dancers? Hey now! Lisa's offers an amazing selection of freshly prepared Turkish dishes using authentic spices. The owner, Lisa, is a member of the family that owns Ali Baba in NYC.
