Lawrence Ackerman, 54, was originally indicted on conspiracy to defraud Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of $5.6 million.

FORT LEE, NJ — An insurance broker with a borough office Friday admitted defrauding Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, authorities said.
