Bergen Man Sexually Assaulted 'Incapacitated' Woman: Prosecutor

Euiseok Lee, 51, sexually assaulted the woman while she was 'incapacitated,' authorities said.

A Bergen County man was arrested after authorities said he sexually assaulted a woman while she was "incapacitated," authorities announced Thursday.

Euiseok Lee, 51, of Leonia was charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual contact after a woman contacted police, acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced.

The woman reported to the Palisades Park Police Department that Lee sexually assaulted her in Leonia while she was "incapacitated," Calo said.

Local police, the prosecutor's office, and the Bergen County Sheriff's Office investigated and Lee was arrested and charged.

Lee appeared in Central Judicial Processing Court Wednesday and was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing Tuesday morning, Calo said.
