Collegewise Holds 'Secrets of College Admissions' Seminars for Bergen County Residents Feb. 24 Through May 9
The seminar will answer questions like: What are colleges really looking for? Are grades, test scores and activities all equally important?

Press release:
No matter where you are applying to college - Harvard, UConn or a small private school that could never beat either of those two at basketball - there are always things you can do to improve your chances of admission.
Students and parents are invited to join Collegewise for “Secrets of College Admissions,” a free seminar that will share some of the strategies they have perfected and used to help nearly 6,000 students in their programs get accepted to college.

Discussions of college admissions always involve a lot of rumors and anxiety. Many Collegewise counselors are former admissions officers with deep knowledge of what actually happens with a student’s college applications. With the help of these former admissions officers, Collegewise created this seminar to answer the question, “What are colleges really looking for?” Are grades, test scores and activities all equally important? What other factors are considered during the admissions process? This presentation addresses those questions and takes families behind the scenes of a college admissions office. We hope that families in attendance leave this seminar feeling confident about the college planning choices they make, and also have a good understanding of how to navigate the (often false) nerve-wracking rumors that circulate around the topic of admissions.
Learn Collegewise strategies your family can use to have a sane, stress-free, enjoyable college application process together.
