Fort Lee Man Charged With Threatening to Shoot Police

Police responded to the same address on Hudson Terrace twice early Wednesday morning on noise complaints; resident allegedly said he'd shoot the next officers who came to the house.

A Fort Lee man was charged Wednesday with threatening police officers who responded to his Hudson Terrace home after receiving noise complaints, authorities said.

At about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, Fort Lee police officers spoke with resident David Rosenberg, 52, whom they described as being “very belligerent” at the time, according to the Fort Lee Police Department.

But after the incident was over, the same officers were called back to the same address on a second complaint of loud noise, police said.

Rosenberg, who was charged with terroristic threats on law enforcement and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, is currently awaiting arraignment, according to Fort Lee police.
