Fort Lee to Honor Former High School Football Players

Fort Lee Head Coach Billy Straub will kick off the 2013 season with the second annual Alumni Football Classic, a game honoring former players.

The game will be held Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. at the Lewis F. Cole Middle School field. All former players interested in attending should RSVP to Athletic Director Michael Raftery by e-mail at mraftery@flboe.com or call 201-585-4695.

“Parents and community members are encouraged to attend all home games and to enjoy the new Fort Lee High School Sports Journal with pictures of all the Varsity players. Our team needs your support,” an announcement said.
