Fort Lee Voters Largely Back Incumbents

Fort Lee voters went to the polls Tuesday, electing school board and borough council members. 

Unofficial results from the county clerk’s office are below:

For three seats on the Fort Lee Board of Education:

Jeffrey Weinberg, a challenger, with 1,357 votes

Candace Romba, an incumbent, with 1,222 votes

Yusang Park, an incumbent with 1,164 votes

For Fort Lee’s borough council:

Jan Goldberg, an incumbent Democrat, with 3463 votes

Ila Kasofsky, an incumbent Democrat, with 3439 votes
