
A man jumped to his death from the New Jersey side of the George Washington Bridge Tuesday morning, officials said.Â
A Port Authority spokesman said the male body was recovered by an FDNY boat and brought to Ross Dock around 9 a.m.Â
Authorities found a briefcase left on the bridge's south walkway, but have not confirmed it belonged to the man, the spokesman said.Â
