
A new luxury high-rise tower in Fort Lee is set to open next month, officials announced.
The Twenty50 building, named for its address on Central Road, features amenities including a fitness center, billiards room and a heated outdoor pool, the developer said. Residents will start moving into the new complex next month.
Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolic, who attended a ribbon cutting Tuesday, hailed the development as part of an economic rebirth in the borough.

βWe are now in the middle of probably the busiest and most progressive point in the history of the Borough of Fort Lee. To the developers, thank you for being a part of our progress into the future. Fort Lee is soon going to regain its status as the most enviable community in Bergen County,β the mayor said in a news release.
Twenty50 offers a one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 714 to 1,287 square feet outfitted with hardwood flooring, nine foot ceilings and oversized windows, some looking out on the George Washington Bridge.

Rental prices for a one-bedroom starts in the $2,200βs, with two-bedrooms starting from the $3,100βs, according to the news release.
