Upcoming Events: Looking Forward After Another Holiday

About Town runs down some upcoming events

Still in recovery from an overload of sugar and relatives, getting the kids back to school the day after Easter was no fun. Even the dog was cranky.

About Town would like to thank everyone who emailed us about making the Easter Pie. We received so many wonderful emails from people who made it for the first time with great success, and from people who remember their mother, grandmother or aunt making this traditional pie every Easter.

For the most part, the weather held out on Easter and as About Town made our morning Easter runs to Mass at Holy Trinity, flowers at Metropolitan Plants and a visit to Madonna Cemetery, we could see that Fort Lee was out and about in style. We even noticed quite a few Easter hats on the ladies.
