Like Minded Moms Form Entrepreneurial Think Thank

I’ve always wanted to find a group where women could be themselves, learn from each other, give back to the community and help each other’s businesses grow. When I found out there were other women who shared the same vision, I decided to turn it into a reality. My name is Lynette Barbieri and over the last 16 years I have been running my own financial services business with my partner and husband Michael in Monmouth County while raising our four children who range from age 11 to 21.

I started the Freehold Moms Entrepreneurial Think Tank in 2012. The group’s mission is to get together with like minded women, network, build relationships, learn from and support each other. We run our meetings every other Friday in Freehold at noon and hear from interesting women such as our “Intuit” representative Rose D’Amico, our social networking specialist Natasha Rubin, our Reiki Master Amy Coro, our health and wellness specialist Kia Collazo-Johnson, and many more.

I personally offer financial workshops that educate women on financial concepts and coach women on self improvement as well as self awareness. My passion is educating women on the fundamentals of how money works and encouraging them to be the best that they can be at whatever they choose to do. We share experiences and ideas on time management, dealing with stress, self improvement, and more. We aim to give back to the community by supporting charities such as the Monmouth County Food bank, the Dress for Success organization and others.
