The Asbury Park Press reports that the paper's investigation into federal Sandy relief funding uncovered that $6.6 million in federal Sandy relief that could help hard-hit shore property homeowners is instead headed to Newark -- to be spent on affordable housing.
The APP also says that the state's $30 million Neighborhood Enhancement Program has ground to a halt due to red tape.
