Appetites Satisfied at Taste of the Town Event

Hungry attendees sampled meals and desserts at Monday's Taste of Towns event.

Two large rooms at the held everything from Mexican dishes to classic seafood entrees. Attendees tasted a variety of plates from local restaurants, and when they wanted something sweet, guests wandered across the hall for fruit arrangements, cupcakes, and cookie cakes.

Taste of the Towns was a fundraising event organized by the Noontime Optimist Club of Freehold and Associated Auxiliaries.

Money raised from the Taste of the Towns will support the Children & Families’ Housing Needs at the Procure Treatment Center in Somerset, NJ; Camp Quality NJ, a camp for children with cancer; and youth activities and scholarships sponsored by the Noontime Optimist Club of Freehold.
