Freehold Borough Resident Charged With Sexual Assault of 10-Year-Old
Incident believed to have occurred in September 2012.
A Freehold resident is facing a charge of sexual assault against a 10-year-old girl in 2012.
Adrian Vega-Perez, 32, whose last known addresses are Conover Street and Macy Street, is charged with committing an act of sexual penetration of the girl 10 months after her 10th birthday.
Court documents say the probable cause came from a victim’s statement and forensic interviews.
