Freehold Resident Indicted on Fencing, Burglary Charges
Charges involve incidents in Freehold and Howell.

A Freehold resident was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on several charges related to an incident in the borough back in May including burglary from a local business.
Aszjon M. Brown, 22, of Throckmorton Street was indicted on one count of third degree burglary for allegedly breaking into a business on or about May 29 at a time when it was not open to the public.
The second count of the indictment is for third degree theft by taking/receiving movable property. According to the indictment on or about April 5 Brown is alleged to have taken metal valued at $500 from the property owner. Brown also faces one count of third degree fencing for attempting to sell the metal across the border in Howell.
