Freehold Residents Can Enter To Win $50 Gift Card With Survey
The questions are meant to better understand the barriers that people experience when it comes to living healthily.
FREEHOLD, NJ — Neighborhood Connections to Health is asking the Freehold community to participate in a survey to better understand the barriers that people experience when it comes to living healthily.
The cross-sector and community-focused coalition based in Freehold wants to better address these barriers and optimize their impact as an organization.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. The deadline is Sept. 30.

Anyone who fills out the survey can enter in a raffle for a $50 ShopRite gift card.
