Inmates Charged With Damaging MCCI Televisions
Damage to each television estimated at $350.
A pair of Freehold residents who were already serving time in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution are facing more charges following a recent incident at the county jail.
Melvin Morales, 28, and Danny Hernandez, 41, are facing criminal mischief charges after they are alleged to have punched some of the televisions in a housing unit and proceeding to pull them off the wall. The damage to each of the televisions on Oct. 8 was estimated at around $350.
