Freehold Township Man Allegedly Responsible for Dogs' Deaths

Two Rottweiler dogs were found dead after owner allegedly left pets in car while eating.

NJ.com reports that a Freehold man has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty after his two dogs were found dead in his car on Sunday.

Charles Loguidice, 48, allegedly left his two pet Rottweiler dogs, Maximus and Joey, in his Dodge pickup truck while stopping to eat at MJ’s Pizza Bar and Grill in Neptune.

According to the MSPCA, the dogs were left unattended in their owner’s car for an hour. When Loguidice returned to his vehicle, both dogs had died from heat exhaustion. Read more about this incident on NJ.com.
