New York Post reports Angelina Pivarnick called Freehold Township police after an "alleged altercation" at home, but did not press charges.

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — An area celebrity made a call to local police about an "alleged altercation" with her fiance at their home, a New York tabloid reported, but did not press charges.

Angelina Pivarnick, a star of the "Jersey Shore" franchise, called police to her home here, according to a report in the New York Post.

Police here would not confirm the incident: "Broadly speaking, any inquiries regarding domestic violence would not be confirmed due to victim privacy," a spokesman for the department said. He added that "Records related to domestic violence incidents are confidential under state law," when asked for a copy of the investigation report.
