Man Indicted on Sexual Assault Charges in the Borough

, a Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Plainsboro man on a total of eight charges including sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. 

Miguel Garcia III, 30, of Hunters Glen Drive in Plainsboro, allegedly committed the act of sexual penetration upon a child on multiple occasions while in Freehold Borough last year. According to the indictment, the girl was 14-years-old during at the time of the alleged incidents and was not able to legally consent to the actions.

The indictment explains that due to the child's age and the nature of the alleged action the girl is considered an abused or neglected child.

These alleged actions were occured on Jan. 22. 2011, Feb. 5, 2011 and Feb. 26, 2011.
