New Restaurant on Planning Board Agenda
A look at events happening in Freehold on Wednesday October 23, 2013.

If the Freehold Borough Planning Board approves an application at tonight’s meeting the downtown area could have an Indian restaurant opened in the next few months.
The application for a restaurant called Gola Sizzler is the first item on the agenda. If approved the restaurant would be built at 5 West Main Street, site of the former Ballew Jewelers. Part of the application includes a waiver for the site plan and a parking variance for the location. You can keep up with the latest developments on the restaurant by checking out their Facebook page.

The rain should pass before 7 p.m. making for a mostly clear night with a frigid low near 36 degrees.
