Obituary: Dorothy “Dottie” Landora, 80

Landora was described as a hard worker who enjoyed socializing.

Dorothy “Dottie” Landora, 80, of Freehold Township died peacefully at home on Monday, March 26. Landora was born in Liverpool, England and lived in Bloomfield before moving to Freehold Township in 1996. She was employed at The Washtub, Freehold and Farmingdale, where she worked for fifteen years. Landora enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, playing bingo, and crocheting. She had a great sense of humor, took pride in working hard, and enjoyed socializing and spending time with her family.

Landora was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Landora, her parents, Sydney and Mabel Broomhall, and two sisters, June and Mabel. Dottie is survived by her daughter, Loretta Williams and her husband, Rich of Howell; three granddaughters, Noelle Marino and her husband, Peter Rotondo of Manhattan, NY, Erienne Marino of Freehold Township and Leighanna Gash of Howell; two grandsons, Craig Marino and his wife, Lisa of Freehold Township and David Marino and his wife, Maling of Colorado; a sister, Beryl Caws of England; former sons-in-law, George Marino of Staten Island, NY and  Roy Gash of Howell; and her faithful companion, Phillip Randazzo of Long Island.

Gathering at the , will be on Saturday, March 31, from noon until 3 p.m. with her Memorial Service to follow at 3 p.m. Interment will be private.
