Obituary: Jason "Jay" Moore, 31

Jason “Jay” Moore, 31 of Freehold Township passed away at home on Thursday, October 3, 2013.  Jay was a lifelong resident of Freehold Township.  He was a musician and a writer.  

Jay was predeceased by his father, James Moore.   He is survived by his mother, Diane Kondrup Moore of Freehold Township; his sisters, Devon and Shannon of Freehold Township; his maternal grandparents, Arthur and Patricia Kondrup of Freehold Township; and his beloved aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, October 7, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.  Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 9:00 AM for the procession to his 10:00 AM funeral mass at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, McLean Street, Freehold.  Interment will be private.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
