Registration Open For Freehold Borough Summer Recreation Camp
Registration is open to borough residents only until March 8, officials said. After that, it will open to borough and non-borough residents.
FREEHOLD BOROUGH, NJ — Registration is open for Freehold Borough’s summer recreation camp.
Run by the borough’s Recreation Department in cooperation with the Board of Education, the summer camp program includes sports, arts and crafts, field trips and visits from special guests, officials said.
Camp runs from noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday from June 30 to Aug. 1 at the Park Avenue Complex (280 Park Avenue) and is open to kids entering grades 3-8 in Sept. 2025.

Registration is open to borough residents only until March 8, officials said. After that window ends, registration opens to borough and non-borough residents from March 9 through May 23.
The cost for borough residents is $50 per child, officials said, while the cost for non-borough residents is $100.

“We are proud to offer the Summer Camp program for our kids,” Mayor Kevin Kane said. “Campers build friendships, learn new things, and most of all have lots of fun. We’re glad to provide a safe and enriching option for parents during summer break.”
Sign-up for the program can be started online, but to finalize the registration process, officials said you must make payment in full and provide proof of residency by dropping off or mailing the payment to Borough Hall, Business Administration Office at 30 Mechanic Street, Freehold.
