Resident Arrested After Allegedly Receiving Stolen Motorcycles

Freehold man faces a total of six charges including receiving and keeping stolen property, and conspiring with others.

arrested and charged a resident on Sunday after they allegedly received three stolen motorcycles.

One 2008 Yamaha motorcycle and two 2004 Suzuki motorcycles were allegedly found in a garage belonging to Robert Zybura, 34, of Monmouth Avenue. According to the complaint warrant, the motorcycles were found as a result of a search that Zybura consented to.

Zybura faces a total of six charges. In addition to three counts of receiving stolen property, Zybura also faces one charge of conspiracy. According to the complaint warrant Zybuyra was allegedly the organizer who engaged to make a profit off of unlawfully taking, disposing, and transporting automobiles and motorcycles.

The complaint warrant further explains that Zybura knowingly maintained and operated a personal garage where remodeling, repainting, and separating of autos took place. He also was found in possession of an identification number sticker from the 2008 Kawaski.

Zybura was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 13. He has been remanded to the on $160,000 bail.
