FREEHOLD, NJ — Drivers should be aware of road closures and detours set for Freehold Borough on Friday.

Beginning at 9 a.m., officials said Main Street will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic from Center Street to McLean Street. The closure is expected to last until 4 p.m.

Freehold Borough officials are urging drivers and pedestrians to avoid the area if possible throughout the closure.
