What Monmouth County Restaurants Are In Jersey Shore Restaurant Week?

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — For those looking to try some new food from local spots, there’s never a better time than Jersey Shore Restaurant Week, which is set to kick off on Friday.

Each year, the week-long event draws restaurants and communities throughout the Jersey Shore together to broaden people’s food horizons and promote local businesses.

Jim Flynn, the Jersey Shore Restaurant Week chairman, said he travels the country looking for great places to stay and eat and has noticed the success of towns and areas that have embraced the “Restaurant Week” concept.

“The goal for diners is to experience restaurants they may not have heard about or been to yet and to be able to do that at a great price,” Flynn said of Restaurant Week. “For restauranteurs, it is an opportunity to boost their business at traditionally slow times of the year and to ‘show off’ their talents to people who haven’t enjoyed their restaurant yet.”

This year, Jersey Shore Restaurant Week will run from Friday, March 28, through Sunday, April 6.

Participants will be able to enjoy a 3-course meal with their choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert for either $33.25 or $42.25. There will also be events such as Chef’s Invitational, Rosé All Day, and the Great Jersey Shore Burger Contest.
