Deer Takes A Dip In Homeowner's Hamilton Pool On A Hot Day
Hamilton Township police helped the deer out of the pool.
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ -Hey, Tuesday was pretty hot.
So that might be why a deer decided to take a quick dip in a pool on the 2000 block of Skip Morgan Drive.
"This little cutie decided it was a bit too humid out today and was looking for some relief!" according to the police department's Facebook page. "Officers Thumhart, Bakker and McCarthy were able to use the deer rescue training they learned in the academy (not really) to safely remove the deer from the pool."
