Egg Harbor Township Man Charged In Fatal Shooting: Prosectuor
An Egg Harbor Township man has been charged with manslaughter for shooting a man in the town last month, authorities said Wednesday.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — An Egg Harbor Township man has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 54-year-old man in the town last month, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday.
Devon J. Hill, 28, was charged with aggravated manslaughter, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Egg Harbor Police received multiple 911 calls on Nov. 21 around 7 p.m., reporting shots were fired at 201 Cedar Ave. in Egg Harbor Township.

Officers from Egg Harbor Township and Pleasantville found Rennel Turner, 54, of Atlantic City, lying unconscious in the driveway. Turner had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the ACPO.
An autopsy determined Turner’s manner of death is homicide and the cause of death is multiple gunshot wounds, Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said.

The shooting was investigated by the ACPO Major Crimes Unit and the Egg Harbor Township Police Department.
