Heroin Found During Galloway Traffic Stop, 3 Charged: Police
Three men were charged Tuesday with the possession of drugs, including heroin, with the intent to distribute, Galloway Police said.
GALLOWAY, NJ — Three men were arrested Tuesday during a motor vehicle stop in Galloway on numerous charges, including possession of drugs with the intent to distribute, Galloway Police said.
Paul M. Sexton, 35, of Egg Harbor Township, Tylee B. Adams, 19, of Pleasantville, and Quasir T. Smith, 20, of Absecon, were charged with conspiracy, possession of controlled dangerous substances (CDS) with the intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm while in the commission of a CDS offense.
The arrest occurred at the 300 Block of E. White Horse Pike at 12:21 p.m. An investigation revealed evidence showing the three arrested individuals were engaged in the distribution of CDS.

Adams was in possession of 101 bags of heroin and under 50 grams of marijuana. Sexton was in possession of 48 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Sexton was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of CDS paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

The weapon, a loaded 9mm Intratec TEC-DC9 firearm, with an extended magazine containing 24 rounds, was located inside of the vehicle.
All of the individuals’ charges were placed on warrants and they were lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending their initial court appearance.
Officer Michael LoBosco assisted in the arrest and investigation.
