Man Killed In Galloway Motorcycle-Car Crash: Police

A man driving a motorcycle died after a collision with a car, police said.

GALLOWAY, NJ — A man operating a motorcycle died after a collision with a car Thursday at W. White Horse Pike and S. Cologne Ave, Galloway police said.

Darryl B. Crowder Jr., 31, of Hammonton, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Division, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The crash occurred just after 5:30 p.m. Crowder rode a 2003 Honda motorcycle eastbound on W. White Horse Pike toward the intersection of S. Cologne Ave. The driver of a 2018 Mazda 3 pulled into Crowder’s lane of travel, police said.

The Mazda driver was making a left turn onto S. Cologne Ave. when she drove into Crowder’s motorcycle in a head-on collision, police said.
