PHOTOS: Driver Unscathed As Car Nearly Flattens In South Jersey Crash

BUENA VISTA, NJ - A driver in South Jersey managed to avoid injuries in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night that nearly ironed out the vehicle.

At around 1:39 a.m., Collings Lakes firefighters were dispatched to the Newtonville section of Buena Vista Township near 461 Weymount Road for a report of a vehicle crash and subsequent fire, officials said in a Facebook post.

At the scene, first responders found an empty vehicle on the side of the road without a fire, Collings Lakes firefighters said.

“Very luckily, the sole occupant had no injuries,” the fire department added.

Fire personnel cleared the scene around 02:30 a.m. without any further injuries reported.
