Fee-Free Dog Adoptions Set For Atlantic County Animal Shelter
"Waived Fee Weekends" during May allows you to adopt a dog from the Atlantic County Animal Shelter with no fees.
PLEASANTVILLE, NJ — Enjoy "Waived Fee Weekends" at the Atlantic County Animal Shelter throughout May.
The $110 adoption fee for dogs weighing more than 25 pounds will be waived each Saturday and Sunday, May 3 through May 31.
All pets adopted from the shelter receive mandatory sterilization, age appropriate vaccinations, diagnostic testing, a microchip and free veterinary consultation. Canines adopted from the shelter are also provided free obedience classes.

The shelter is located at 240 Old Turnpike Road in Pleasantville and is open to the public 1-4 pm each day. Appointments are not necessary.
