2 Hospitalized After Route 30 Crash In Winslow: Police
Two people were hospitalized after a crash involving a flatbed truck and a car early Monday morning, Winslow police said.
WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two people were hospitalized after a crash involving a flatbed truck and a car on Route 30 early Monday morning, Winslow Township police said.
The crash happened at about 5:27 Monday morning, when a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Michael Biello, of Winslow, crossed the center line on Route 30 in front of Fielder Pub in Waterford Works, and collided head-on with another vehicle, being driven by 46-year-old Virgillo Vazquez, of Winslow, police said. As a result of the crash, Biello's vehicle overturned, police said.
Vazquez was taken by helicopter to Cooper Trauma, and Biello was transported to Cooper Trauma by ambulance, police said. Route 30 was closed to traffic in the area for two hours.

The accident remains under investigation.
