2 People Killed In Gloucester Township Crash Identified
Two people who were killed in a crash on Cross Keys Road in Gloucester Township Wednesday afternoon have been identified.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two people who were killed in a crash on Cross Keys Road in Gloucester Township Wednesday afternoon have been identified.
Daniel Hammond and Beverly Hammond, both 79 of the Sicklerville section of the township, were killed when their 2015 Hyundai Sonata crashed into the back of a dump truck that was parked on the side of the road, Gloucester Township police said Thursday afternoon.
The driver of the dump truck was uninjured, police said. The truck was parked on the shoulder, off the travel lanes of the road near Camden County Technical School, police said.

Berlin-Cross Keys Road was closed until about 6 p.m. as police cleared the scene and conducted their initial investigation.
