CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — Fall doesn't officially begin until Sept. 22, but the fall festivals are already underway in South Jersey.

Pumpkin picking, pumpkin beer, pumpkin spice … of course we know pumpkins are a big part of autumn everywhere. But so are apples. Music and wine can be found all over, as well.

Here are five fall festivals you'll see in Camden County over the next few months:

Food Truck and Craft Festival, Oct. 2: The Gloucester Township Campus of Camden County and Technical Schools hosts this event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. About 15 food trucks will cook up their specialties for lunch and dinner. More than 60 Artisans and Crafters from near and far will be exhibiting a wide-variety of hand-made fine art and crafts including jewelry, florals, textiles, woodworking, iron work, ceramic, personal care items, candles, and more.

Camden County Fair, Oct. 15 and 16: The annual county fair commences at the Camden County Fairgrounds, 508 Lakeland Road in Gloucester Township. It runs 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 15, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 16. The event includes rides and games, carnival food and food trucks, live music and dance, free pony rides and a petting zoo. 4-H Youth Projects will be on display and demonstrated.

Gloucester Township's Food and Craft Beer Festival, Oct. 16: The beer and wine garden will be located at 15 South Black Horse Pike, and food trucks will be lined up along the Black Horse Pike in the Blackwood section of the township. There will also be live music. Rain date is Oct. 17.

Cherry Hill Harvest Festival, Oct. 17: Cherry Hill Township is partnering with the police and fire departments for the township’s largest community event from noon to 4 p.m. at Croft Farms, 100 Bortons Mills Road. The event includes pony rides, a petting zoo, craft fair, pumpkins, live music, food trucks, a beer garden by Forgotten Boardwalk Brewery and more.

Fall Festival in Collingswood, Oct. 23: Collingswood Elementary PTA hosts the annual Fall Festival in Knight Park, noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free, and activities include hayrides and games.
