“Please use caution while driving, and give yourself extra time to travel to work,” Gloucester Township police said in a message to the community. “School bus red flashing lights and an extended stop-arm signal indicate that the bus has stopped and that children are getting on or off. Drivers must stop a safe distance away and not start again until the red lights stop flashing, the stop sign has been folded back, and the bus begins to continue on its way.”
