Boy, 8, Shot In Leg In South Jersey: Police
Authorities believe the shooting was accidental, but it's still under investigation.
MILLVILLE, NJ — An 8-year-old boy remains hospitalized after getting shot in the leg Friday in Cumberland County, authorities said.
It happened around 11:40 p.m. in Millville. Officers found the victim inside a home on North 6th Street, according to Millville Police Chief Ross Hoffman
The boy was brought to Cooper University Hospital in Camden in stable condition. He remains hospitalized as of Monday, Hoffman told Patch.
