Celebrate at Camden's Waterfront Freedom Festival
Five days of fun, music, and entertainment will commemorate our country's independence.
Camden's Waterfront Freedom Festival spans from Thrusday, July 3 to Sunday, July 6. “We welcome one and all to the magnificent Camden Waterfront for four days of fun, food, music and activities,” said Camden Mayor Dana Redd.
Everyday there will be ongoing events like free concerts in Wiggins Park, military displays and demonstrations, attractions, amusements, giveaways, the Teach Fleet Lego Display on the Battleship New Jersey, all American food vendors, a beer garden featuring Flying Fish Brewery, Hippo Haven at Adventure Aquarium and other special events at the battleship.
Concessions, featuring a variety of food and drink options, will be available for purchase throughout the festival. Additionally, the Freedom Festival Beer Garden will be open during regular festival hours from July 3-5th.

Thursday (July 3) will feature a Let Freedom Rock Concert with WMGK broadcasting live from Wiggins Park and a live concert by The Sofa Kings. Later there will be a concert featuring Styx, Don Felter, and Foreigner at the Susquehanna Bank Center.
Friday boasts five hours of free concerts at Wiggins Park, featuring The Marino’s Wave Runner Show, The Mainstage Harmony Show Choir, and The Girls Next Door. Later there will be a performance by Zydeco A-Go-Go and Wall Street.

Saturday will feature a fireworks show at 9:00 p.m. The display is listed as being the largest fireworks show in the region. The free concerts at Wiggins Park will feature: Billy D’ Lite, Steve Pullara & His Cool Bean, and the Sara Spicer Country Show. Also featured will be the Beat-Tells and the Sounds of Society .
The Battleship Blast event at Battleship New Jersey will include a surf and turf dinner, an open bar, and a great place to watch the fireworks. Tickets are $175.00 per person.
Sunday will hold a salute to our troops with reduced admission at Adventure Aquarium and Battleship New Jersey.

Thursday, July 3: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday, July 4: 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 5: 11 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. (expected start time for Adventure Aquarium Waterfront Fireworks Celebration)
Sunday, July 6: Battleship New Jersey Memorial & Museum will be open 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Adventure Aquarium will be open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
