Eagles Rookie From Gloucester Twp. To Meet Fans At Hometown Event

The Timber Creek High School alumnus will be accompanied by Eagles cheerleaders, the team's drum line and Swoop.

SICKLERVILLE, NJ — Philadelphia Eagles rookie and Timber Creek alumnus Jihaad Campbell is coming back to his hometown.

Fans can meet Campbell from 5-6 p.m. Nov. 4 at McDonald's (582 Berlin-Cross Keys Rd., Sicklerville), partnering with the brand.

He will be joined by Eagles cheerleaders, the team's drum line and Eagles mascot Swoop, according to McDonald's of Greater Philadelphia.

Campbell was raised in Erial and grew up rooting for the Eagles. He attended Timber Creek Regional High School from 2018-20, where he played wide receiver and defensive end before transferring to IMG Academy in Florida for his senior year.

After playing collegiately at Alabama, Campbell was selected by the Eagles in the first round (31st overall pick) of this year's NFL Draft.

Campbell has started every Eagles game this season. In eight games, the linebacker has recorded 45 tackles (including 26 solo), a forced fumble and an interception.
