EMS Response Times To Improve Under New Agreement In Gloucester Twp: Officials

The municipalities recently agreed to share emergency medical response calls.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A new shared services agreement will allow "significant" improvements in emergency response times for residents of Gloucester Township and Pine Hill Borough, township officials said.

The agreement also keeps some money in the township's coffers, according to township officials.

Moving forward, Gloucester Township will only be responsible for 75 percent of the $37,500 monthly bill for offering emergency medical services available to its residents. Pine Hill will pay the remaining 25 percent, according to township officials.
