'Suspicious' Fire Displaces 8, Damages Apartments In Camden Co.: Police
2 apartments in the complex were heavily damaged.
PINE HILL, NJ — A Pine Hill apartment building fire that displaced eight people early Friday appears to be suspicious, police said.
The fire broke out around 3:45 a.m. at the Mansion Apartments complex on West Branch Avenue. First responders found heavy smoke and flames coming from the 900 building.
Firefighters got the blaze under control at 4:07 a.m. There were no injuries.

Two apartments were significantly damaged. Eight residents were displaced and received assistance form the American Red Cross and Volunteers of America, police said.
The fire appears suspicious at this time, police said Friday. The Camden County Fire Marshal and Pine Hill police are investigating.
