BRIDGETON, NJ — A former Gloucester Township man will face life in prison after a jury found him guilty Monday of a shooting that killed one person and wounded two others in South Jersey.

Tyzir Hall, formerly of the township's Clementon section, was convicted in Cumberland County Superior Court after standing trial for the February 2021 incident in Bridgeton.

The slain victim — Shaheed Little, 31, of Sicklerville — drove Hall to a home on Bridgeton's South Avenue to record music in a basement studio, according to court records.

A fugitive task force of the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Hall in Philadelphia that October.

Evidence in the case included surveillance footage, ballistics, cell phone records and cell phone location data, according to the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office.

On Monday, a jury found Hall guilty of murder (first-degree), attempted murder (first-degree), aggravated assault (second-degree) and five counts involving weapon possession.

He was acquitted of an attempted murder charge against one of the wounded victims.

Hall, 25, faces 30 years to life in prison for the murder, plus additional time behind bars for the other convictions.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 18.
